Warranties

We are unable to handle any warranty issues as these are handled through the manufacturer. Any warranty beyond seven years for blinds purchased from the Blindman that carried a lifetime warranty, was offered only through the Blindman, not the manufacturer, and since the retailer is no longer in business, this lifetime warranty is null and void. Contact the retailer that you purchased the blinds from to discuss your options with them or you may call Hunter Douglas Customer Information Center at 1-800-227-8953. Should you decide to have us repair your blinds, feel free to call and we can discuss the cost of the repair.

Time Frame for Repairs

Since in-shop repairs are done early mornings, we can schedule a service call for the Northeast heights, southern part of Albuquerque and the East Mountain area from around 10 a.m. to around 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. For the west side of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales and Placitas we can schedule a call from around 9 a.m. to around 4 p.m. We are closed on the weekends. We require at least a one-hour window for a service call. Because we cover such a large area, calls are scheduled geographically. For those that work not too far from home and can go home for lunch, a lunch time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. works well. We can call you at work and schedule a time to meet at your home.
